Backup Service with Media Storage

With MYWEBSTAR Backup service you can rest assured that your site will always be safe. How does it work and what are the differences between our service and a regular backup plan?

• Our staff login to your control panel based on your service plan.
• We prepare a backup of your server data including the database, email accounts, autoresponders etc.
• We physically burn the data to a DVD for storage purpose.
• Backup media is stored in our vault for 1 Year from date of backup.

In the event you need to restore your site, the restoral fee is included in the initial backup charge, MYWEBSTAR does not charge extra just to restore your site once you need it. Each time you backup your site we will replace the old backup with the newer one, or if you choose you may store up to 3 different backup versions on each media.

MYWEBSTAR recommends that you backup your data at a minimum of once per month for most sites, ecommerce sites should consider a daily or weekly service plan.
